Refund Policy

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this policy in conjunction with Tixr’s Purchase Policy and TicketsWest's Purchase Policies. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm you fully understand the title, time, age restriction and location of the event.Line-up and show schedule are subject to change, including the postponement of headliners to future festival dates. Replacement performers may be added, and such changes will not warrant a refund or exchange. If a show is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. No further action is required by the ticket holder. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of artist changes, rescheduling, or substitutions.

To ensure that your ticket is valid, purchase tickets only from “Tixr” in Canada or "TicketsWest" in Spokane or any other Company-authorized sale channels listed on the official Company website, located at www.greatoutdoorscomedyfestival.com. Tickets from unauthorized sales channels (e.g., scalpers, Vivid Seats, StubHub, etc.) may be forged. In no event will forged tickets be honored or eligible for a refund. If you feel you have been sold a counterfeit ticket, please contact your point of purchase representative.

The festival will proceed in all weather conditions, except in cases of extreme or hazardous weather as determined by organizer protocol.

Event Cancellation Due to Extreme Weather

The Great Outdoors Comedy Festival is an outdoor, rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which the festival may be paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning in our festival radius, excessive wind, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, refunds for the base ticket price and taxes will be automatically issued through Tixr or TicketsWest to the original credit card used for purchase. Please note that we cannot assist with tickets purchased outside of our official ticketing partners, Tixr (Canada) and TicketsWest (Spokane). We strive for refunds to be completed within 90 days of cancellation notice, but please refer to any communication throughout the process for up-to-date information.

If 75% or more of the scheduled shows included in a multi day pass are cancelled, affected ticket holders will receive a refund proportional to the percentage of shows that are cancelled (base ticket price and taxes). No refunds will be issued for cancellations impacting less than 75% of the festival’s scheduled programming.
