The newly established GRIT Series aims to be a diverse ongoing speaker series featuring some of today’s top contemporary leaders. The focus will be on engagement through thought-provoking discussion by connecting us all, both personally and professionally. These industry leaders and disruptors from a variety of backgrounds will help our audiences Grow, Reflect, Inspire & Think.
After a couple of postponements due to COVID-19, the series kicked off in the Fall of 2021 with marketing mogul and serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk at the Edmonton EXPO Centre Hall D Arena. A no-holds-barred discussion around topics every young entrepreneur and seasoned professional wanted to hear. The audience of 2,750 had the opportunity to ask questions through Twitter using the hashtag #AskGaryVeeYEG and, in Gary’s trademark style, get some honest answers.
