BILL BURR
Bill Burr, an Emmy- and Grammy-nominated comedian, actor, writer, producer, and podcaster, is a defining voice of his generation. His eighth stand-up special, Bill Burr: Drop Dead Years, premiered on Hulu in 2025, earning two Emmy nominations, while the streaming album of the same name garnered his second Grammy nod. Burr directed, co-wrote, and starred in Netflix’s Old Dads, the platform’s most-watched film in its first two weeks, and will next direct, co-write, produce, and star in Born Losers (2026) and appear in Aaron Sorkin’s The Social Reckoning (Oct 2026). He earned critical acclaim for his Broadway debut in David Mamet’s Glengarry Glen Ross, hosted SNL twice, and made history performing at Fenway Park and Athens’ ancient Odeon of Herodes Atticus, while continuing to break new ground with his Monday Morning Podcast.
PHONE-FREE EXPERIENCE
All of Bill Burr’s performances at the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival 2026 will be phone-free experiences. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories will not be permitted on the festival grounds during that time.
If you have a General Admission ticket you will be required to secure and lock your phone, smart watch and accessories in a Yondr pouch upon entry. If you have a VIP Club ticket, you will be required to secure your phone, smart watch and accessories in a Yondr pouch and lock it once you enter the VIP Club. If you have a VIP Reserved ticket, you will be instructed when to place your phone, smart watch and accessories in the provided Yondr pouch on your table and lock it. This process will be monitored by security and event staff.
Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, guests can access their devices during this period only in the designated Phone Use Area within the grounds. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space and event staff will unlock your Yondr pouch as you exit the grounds once the performance is complete. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the grounds by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free experience.
