Let’s head to the geographic center of Canada and North America – Winnipeg, the vibrant capital of Manitoba. Heading back for our second year in the sprawling beauty of Assiniboine Park. “Winnipeg” comes from the Cree name for the lake 65 kilometers to the north (Lake Winnipeg), meaning “win” for muddy and “nippee” for water. 2024 comedians included Bill Burr, Tom Segura, Nate Bargatze, Bobby Lee, Gerry Dee and more!

We are committed to Reconciliation and respectfully acknowledge that our festival is situated on Treaty 1 territory within the Province of Manitoba, the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dene, and Dakota Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. We honour their presence, stewardship and strength in this area since time immemorial. We are grateful to be a guest on this territory.

Through the Great Outdoors Community Fund, a portion of proceeds from the 2024 festival supported the Winnipeg International Children’s Festival, Gas Station Arts Centre and Assiniboine Park Conservancy.

Stay tuned for 2025 lineup announcements!
