Assiniboine Park

Let’s head to the geographic center of Canada and North America – Winnipeg, the vibrant capital of Manitoba. Heading back for our second year in the sprawling beauty of Assiniboine Park. “Winnipeg” comes from the Cree name for the lake 65 kilometers to the north (Lake Winnipeg), meaning “win” for muddy and “nippee” for water. Past comedians have included Bill Burr, John Mulaney, Martin Short, Tom Segura, Nate Bargatze, Theo Von, Bert Kreischer, Whitney Cummings, Bobby Lee, Gerry Dee, Trailer Park Boys and more!

This event is NO MINORS (18+) and is a go rain or shine.

Get ready to laugh under the open sky! Join us as we showcase an incredible lineup of comedic talent—ranging from local gems to superstar headliners—all in the stunning backdrop of our beloved parks and communities across the nation. Come for the jokes, stay for the scenery, and let the good times roll!

We are committed to Reconciliation and respectfully acknowledge that our festival is situated on Treaty 1 territory within the Province of Manitoba, the traditional lands of the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dene, and Dakota Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. We honour their presence, stewardship and strength in this area since time immemorial. We are grateful to be a guest on this territory.

The 2025 50/50 raised a total jackpot of $68,610 in support of the Gas Station Arts Centre

Through the Great Outdoors Community Fund, a portion of proceeds from the 2024 festival supported the Winnipeg International Children’s Festival, Gas Station Arts Centre and Assiniboine Park Conservancy.
