TICKET VOUCHER REDEMPTION

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER!

STEP 1

Scan the QR code on your voucher, or navigate to the website displayed under the QR code.

STEP 2

Unlock the ticket by selecting the lock in the top right corner, or selecting the lock on the ticket type itself.

STEP 3

Enter the Access Code found on your voucher.

STEP 4

Select the plus sign to add tickets to your cart (the number of tickets will automatically populate for you).

STEP 5

Select “Add to List” at the bottom right corner.

STEP 6

Sign up or log in for a Tixr account (this is required to redeem your tickets).

STEP 7

Review any terms and conditions, and confirm your order.

STEP 8

You’re done! You will see an order confirmation pop up once your have completed your order. You will receive an email confirming your order shortly. Your tickets will be sent to your email (or your Tixr account) 2 weeks before the festival date.
