Absolutely! You can upgrade your tickets anytime, provided that inventory is available and you’re moving to the same Ticket Tier or a higher one. Simply log into your Tixr account to make the upgrade yourself! For detailed instructions, click HERE.

To help combat scalping there is a ticket limit of 12 per order/email address & tickets will be emailed to purchasers 2 weeks prior to the event.

All VIP tables are wheelchair accessible, with aisle tables offering extra space. Each guest must purchase their own ticket to access the festival grounds and this area.

If you’d like to sit in the designated ADA area or require further assistance on the grounds, please contact us at [email protected]. For those needing accessibility accommodations, we will do our best to provide a solution. Requests should be emailed to us at least 60 days prior to the event to ensure adequate preparation.

Yes! Weekend passes are available online. They gain you access to all the shows in your city, including matinee and evening shows, all at a discounted price!

Across our Canadian locations ee offer four ticket types: General Admission (GA), Skip+ General Admission, VIP Tables, and VIP Club. To learn more about each ticket type, click HERE!

In Spokane you can choose from VIP Table Reserved, Floor Reserved or Grandstand Reserved.

VIP Club ticket holders are able to enter the grounds at the same time as VIP’s. Your individual pass will be available for pick up at the entrance of the VIP Club seating area!

FESTIVAL RULES

  • Government issued photo identification
  • A jacket or blanket for the cooler evenings
  • A charged up phone!
  • Credit card or debit card
  • Sunglasses, bug spray and sunscreen
  • Festival approved camping chair (VIP tables and Suites come with chairs)
  • Blanket/tarp (max size 6′ x 6′)
  • Umbrellas under 42″ in diameter when rain is forecasted (cannot have metal or pointed tips)
  • Soft-sided backpacks or collapsible soft-sided wagons for carrying your belongings are acceptable; please tuck them under your table!
  • Up to 1L of water (must be factory sealed) per person is allowed
  • Small commercially sealed snacks are allowed, within reason
  • Small Thermacell rechargeable mosquito repellants are permitted
  • Small handheld electric fans are permitted

  • No outside drinks are permitted (only up to 1L of water in a factory sealed bottle)
  • No home made food permitted (commercially sealed snacks only)
  • Your kids who are under the legal age! (no minors)
  • Glass containers or glass of any kind
  • Hard-sided coolers or wagons
  • Chairs that do not collapse, two-person chairs, couches, etc
  • Umbrellas over 42″ in diameter
  • Large banners or signs
  • Professional cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, drones or audio/video recording devices
  • Tents or pole structures of any kind
  • Pets (service animals only)
  • Frisbees, sports balls, beach balls, etc
  • Weapons or anything that could resemble a weapon
  • Gang insignia, offensive signs/clothing, etc
  • Noise makers, fireworks, laser pointers, pocket knives, tools or any other potentially harmful items
  • All guests and their belongings will be subject to search prior to entering the festival site. Security and Festival Management reserves the right to refuse entry to persons and/or belongings at their discretion.

Enjoy the live comedy from the comfort of your own camping chair!

Festival approved chairs must be single person, collapsible, not recline or have protruding leg rests or coverings. Chairs not adhering to festival guidelines will not be permitted through the gates. Blankets or tarps have a maximum size of 6′ x 6′.

VIP ticket holders will have standard plastic chairs at your table, however, feel free to bring your own for added comfort.

Chairs will only be available for rent to General Admission ticket holders if inventory is available.

No, all VIP Table and VIP Club tickets have seating supplied for you!

No, smoking is only permitted in the designated areas.

Please note, outside cannabis is not permitted, but is available for purchase on site in Edmonton and Calgary.

There is no re-entry – please ensure you have everything you need for the evening before arriving!

Yes – for security purposes, we do require all guests to leave the festival grounds between afternoon and evening events. We try to make this process as smooth as possible, and appreciate your cooperation to get you back to the laughs quickly!

CALGARY - GETTING HERE

PRINCE'S ISLAND PARK » 698 EAU CLAIRE AVE SW

There is no parking available on Prince’s Island. Use nearby paid lots on Memorial Drive or Eau Claire, or free street parking in Sunnyside/Eau Claire on Sundays or evenings. Park at suburban C-Train stations and ride downtown to Eb 3 Street SW (~14 minute walk).

Please don’t drink and drive.

Ride Calgary Transit—bus lines (1, 2, 3, 10, 300, etc.) stop just a short walk away; Eb 3 St SW C-Train station is within walking distance.

Prince’s Island Park is woven into the Bow River Pathway network, offering picturesque routes for pedestrians and cyclists. You can reach the park on foot or bike via the Prince’s Island Causeway, Prince’s Island Bridge, and Jaipur Bridge connecting from Eau Claire, Memorial Drive, and Chinatown.

Public bike racks are available, however are not secured or monitored by the festival.

Eau Claire Market Drop-Off (Barclay Parade SW & 2 Street SW): Closest and most direct access via the Jaipur Bridge into the park.

Memorial Drive NE Drop-Off (near Prince’s Island Causeway): Convenient for entering from the east side of the park.

Tip: Set your pin for “Eau Claire Market” or “Prince’s Island Causeway” in the app to avoid confusion with downtown addresses.

SPOKANE - GETTING HERE

ONE SPOKANE STADIUM » 509 W GARDNER AVE

There are multiple paid parking options within walking distance—rates vary by lot, no in-and-out privileges during events.

Please don’t drink and drive.

Spokane Transit Authority (STA) buses: Routes 4, 27, and 28 stop within a short walk of the stadium. Use the STA Trip Planner for best route and timing options!

The stadium is walkable from most downtown hotels and attractions. Bike racks available near stadium entrances; North Bank pathways connect directly to the venue.

Spokane Arena Drop-Off Zone (SE corner): Designated pickup/drop-off area a short walk from the stadium.

Mallon Avenue Drop-Off: Pull-in spot near the Flour Mill, directly across from the lower Arena doors, just minutes from stadium gates.

Tip: Set your rideshare pin to “Spokane Arena” or “Mallon Avenue near Flour Mill” for easiest access.

GETTING TO GARRISON GROUNDS

HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA » 100 AHERN AVE

VIP ENTRANCE: SACKVILLE STREET | SKIP+ GA AND GA ENTRANCE: AHERN AVENUE

PARKING
Parking is not offered by the festival. Nearby parkades vary in cost and availability: Purdy’s Wharf, Halifax Central Library, Spring Garden Place, Brunswick Place, Doyle Building, and others nearby.
TRANSIT
Several Halifax Transit bus routes serve the area, including: 10B, 123, 138, 9A, and 9B. Connections available from Scotia Square, Spring Garden Road, and other transit hubs. 
RIDE SHARE
Citadel High School would be the ideal location for ride-share drop offs and pickups. Walking, transit, ride share, or micro mobility options are strongly encouraged!
BIKE/WALK
Garrison Grounds is within walking distance from downtown Halifax, Spring Garden Road, and the ferry terminal. Bike lanes and sidewalks are available throughout the area with bike racks available surrounding (not monitored or secured by GOCF).

CHAIRS THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED

The following are examples of chairs that are not allowed. Please be mindful of where you are setting up your chair in relation to your neighbours – do not leave large gaps in between otherwise they may be filled later in the evening to accommodate getting everyone in! Be aware of festival guidelines for walking paths and emergency access routes. You will be asked to move your chair (to the back) if you are set up somewhere that you should not be. 

UMBRELLAS

Umbrellas are permitted if it is forecasted to rain. Festival approved umbrellas must be under 42″ in diameter (personal umbrella) and cannot have metal or pointed/spiked tips. Security and Festival Management reserves the right to have guests lower their umbrella or move attendees to a different location as to not impede the view of others. Umbrellas are not to be used during the show if it is not raining.

GENERAL

These events are all NO MINORS (18+ or 19+, depending on the province) – no exceptions. This includes infants.

Check back on your show’s individual city page for door times and show times. Exact comedian stage times will not be posted as the schedule is subject to change. Make sure to come down early – the festivities start as soon as you walk in!

Nope; everything is live and in person!

The festival site is fully licensed! Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, as well as various food options including choices for those with dietary restrictions.

No, outside food is not permitted.

Any official and unexpired government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth.

Any official and unexpired government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.

Any official temporary license proving you are currently renewing a license — ONLY if accompanied by the expired driver’s license.
The following forms of identification will not be accepted for access to the grounds: school ID, consular ID, birth certificates, expired IDs of any kind (unless specifically mentioned otherwise), and photos of IDs.

Unfortunately, we are not an open submissions event and we do not have an application process to be considered.
