- Sign in to your account on Tixr.com
- Click on your initials in the upper right corner
- Select 'My Events'
- Click the 'Upgrade Available' badge on your order
- Choose your new tickets and proceed through checkout
Once you’ve completed your purchase, your upgraded tickets will be emailed to you, and your original order will be voided. If you do not see the Upgrade Available badge, you will need to go through the manual process below, or visit the team at the Box Office on site.
If you purchased your tickets after March 17, 2024 you can upgrade your tickets yourself right in your Tixr account!
You will need to purchase the new set of tickets and your original order will be fully refunded. After you have purchased your new upgraded tickets, you just need to email the following information to [email protected]:
- Order number for your original ticket purchase
- Last name on the original order
- Last four digits of the credit used for the original order purchase
- Order number for the new upgraded tickets
Once Tixr receives this information your original order will be refunded in full. Please keep in mind that depending on your credit card provider, the refund could take one to five business days to appear on our credit card.
** Orders with active payment plans cannot be upgraded until paid in full.

Select shows only, very limited quantity. Each Suite ticket is for one individual person and includes your festival/show admission. Entry during VIP door times; Suite passes will be picked up at the Suite entrance in the grounds after you’ve scanned in.
